MINGLECONTROL simplifies the entire work process. The clear visualization of all trades not only shows users a complete overview including important key figures, but also allows them to view individual systems in detail. The “jobs” category gives operators a good overview of active and completed orders. New orders can also be added in just a few steps. Thanks to the innovative recipe editor, users can also make changes in the recipes section without any programming knowledge. MINGLECONTROL is rounded off by the function for creating individual users. This allows different user rights to be assigned and restrictions to be placed on editing processes. The view of individual users can also be customized so that the app’s clarity is perfectly adapted to the user’s requirements at all times.

Whether individual steps or complete step sequences – MINGLECONTROL takes care of the time-consuming logging of your processes for you. Individually defined values are documented, measurement curves are archived and manual interventions are recorded digitally. Logging takes place over the long term and the data can be retrieved by you at any time, making it ideal for retracing past processes. Best of all, this works both on site and on the move.

MINGLECONTROL is implemented in day-to-day business in as short a time as possible. This is because all customer wishes and requirements are tested in advance using a complete simulation. The software has therefore been completely tested once before the start of commissioning – almost like a dry run. This means that possible errors can be rectified before the implementation phase and the commissioning time is reduced to a minimum.

We are happy to carry out a FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) in advance at our factory, at the customer’s premises or via an online meeting together with the customer. This gives us the opportunity to take the customer’s optimization suggestions into account before commissioning and to optimize the recipe processes.

Trouble-free operation works without any major requirements. This is because MINGLECONTROL can be run in the browser. All you need is a new version of Google Chrome. The actual computing power, which runs in the background of the application, is handled by our central server system. For the client, 8 GB RAM and an average processor are completely sufficient.

To prevent unauthorized access to MINGLECONTROL at all times, we also use secure connections that rely on the latest encryption technology for remote access. This so-called AES-256 encryption is state-of-the-art and unbreakable. This ensures that your data remains protected and does not fall into the hands of third parties.

If you experience any technical problems, please get in touch with your personal contact at our company. You can reach them on the relevant service number. They will then take care of your request and try to find a solution as quickly as possible.

As an engineering office with around 40 employees, it goes without saying that we are always ready to listen to our customers. Even after the project has been completed, we are happy to provide help and advice and are a central point of contact for all your concerns. For all business-relevant areas, we are happy to offer you an additional on-call service via DriveCon, which you can conclude with a maintenance contract. This ensures that a service technician takes care of the problems within an agreed response time, provides expert support and restores the smooth running of all processes.

In principle, MINGLECONTROL is available in all common languages. If individual languages are not available or there are special requests, these can be added at any time. We work together with certified translation agencies to deliver the best possible quality.

MINGLECONTROL offers the option of multilingual switching. This means that you have the option of making several languages available. These can then be selected by the respective user so that everyone can use the process technology software in their preferred language. This not only enables international use, but also simplifies collaboration between multinational teams.

The structure of the MINGLECONTROL process technology software is very intuitive. Thanks to the app’s flat hierarchy, users generally find their way around very quickly. MINGLECONTROL is divided into three main areas:

These areas are each divided into sub-segments. In the case of “Jobs”, for example, these are “Active” and “Completed”. Recipes and visualizations, on the other hand, are subdivided by category or system. This gives you a perfect overview of all relevant areas of your production at all times.
